Nyalai archive

Dated snapshots of the canonical pages published at nyalai.com. Each snapshot preserves a specific sealed version of the Refusal Doctrine, of a verdict-form, or of a governance page, at the moment of its publication. Browse the version history to inspect any past state of the record.

What this archive is

The Refusal Doctrine names a two-tier archival mechanism obligation in ยง12.9. This site is the primary tier : a Nyalai-controlled dated snapshot archive under Nyalai's DNS, readable in the Nyalai design language, with zero third-party chrome.

A secondary tier of off-domain preservation mechanisms is activated silently in the background for post-Nyalai durability. The secondary tier is documented internally for succession-authority reference and is not surfaced from this page or from any other reader-facing Nyalai surface. This is not concealment ; it is a deliberate discipline to protect the reader experience from third-party chrome that off-domain preservation providers inject on their own pages.

Available snapshots

The snapshot archive is initialized but no snapshots have been committed yet. The first snapshot batch will be added on the next Doctrine version bump, per the archival mechanism obligation. Return here after the next canonical page update at nyalai.com.

In the meantime, the current live canonical pages are always accessible at nyalai.com/doctrine, nyalai.com/verdicts, nyalai.com/methodology.

How this archive is built

Each snapshot is generated by a wget mirror of the seven canonical URLs at nyalai.com, into a dated directory under /snapshots/YYYY-MM-DD_vX.Y.Z/. Each directory carries a MANIFEST.json file listing every mirrored file with its SHA256 hash, plus a self-hash of the manifest itself. An external auditor can independently verify the integrity of any archived snapshot by recomputing the hashes.

The archive builder script is public and lives in the Nyalai portfolio repository. The build history of this site is public on GitHub at Badounofficial/nyalai-archive. Both the mirroring script and the archive contents are published under Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal (CC0-1.0).

Trigger cadence

Snapshots are triggered on : each Doctrine version bump ; each new verdict-form publication ; each governance page update ; and on a weekly cadence regardless of changes, so canonical URLs are periodically preserved even between version bumps.
